My custom party hats are made with an embroidered appliqué.

I use a super soft stretchy elastic for under the chin. Ribbon ties can be added instead please place in seller notes.

Party hats will make a perfect keepsake. Please supervise child while wearing this hat. I take great pride and care to ensure that all trims, and elastic are securely attached, but little kids are truly amazing with what they can do :)
