If ordering newborn to 24 months, you will receive the design on a 100% cotton, white Carter's brand bodysuit (no ruffle). 'GIRLS' t-shirts will have a ruffle detail, and are available as short sleeve (SS) or long sleeve (LS). Short sleeve shirts larger than size 6 will not have a ruffle detail, it will just be a fitted shirt. The girl's shirts run smaller so we always recommend ordering up a size.
